Politicians are noted for making empty promises and proclamations, but to sing political tunes to this deadly virus is not only sophomoric, but criminal.
We cannot even deal with malaria, or cholera, and to claim that we are prepared to deal with this menacing virus is just stupid.
With our borders porous, and with immigration officers prone to bribery, Ghana will soon be awashed with the virus. And the Health Minister should be reminded of his words, and prosecuted!!!!

The minister assured us nothing is going to happen but contrary to his statement the nation boarders are porous and this is serious for all of us. So as you rightly said regardless of our political affiliation we should stand together and bring this to check before it is late.

He is only trying to create the often-held impression and belief that Togolese usually troop into Ghana to register as voters.
Can this same Kwabena Agyapong tell me whether it is only the Volta Region that has borders with all the neighbouring countries viz. Togo, Cote d'Ivoire and Bourkina Faso? What about Upper East, Upper West, Brong Ahafo and Western regions?
This Kwabena Agyapong fellow must learn to be circumspect when talking on national issues.

Now these people keep moving to and fro every 15 minutes visiting cousins and relatives on either side.
Now Agyepong wants security to be tightened.He should rather ask for the diseases surveillance readiness at the border areas and not equate surveillance for diseases with that of checking smugglers
