Yes talk is good but it seems all the talk in Africa gets no where we are talking about all these measures but we seem to even forget no medical system can take off successfully without a good Ambulance system and good roads.Just sit back and think through this.I visited back home and there was a lady in distress heart attack or stroke I presume she had to be sent to hospital by taxi and just imagine traffic and the time it took to get to korlebu so she was pronounced dead on arrival.With good ambulance system the medical assistance would have started right there and on the way before even getting to the nearest hospital.There is always a time frame which is called in the medical field window of opportunity once that time passes just forget it.Africa is never poor but our problem is greediness.
