Who decides what should be a news item? This is no news. They are not the only people who have mosquitoes, everybody knows what brings about mosquitoes. In what way are the 'mechanic shops' built around the community blocking the flow of waste water? were the shops built inside the drainage system/gutters? Rather highlight the activities of the shops which are preventing the flow of water, and stop this JHS drop-out reporting.
