    INCLUDE SEX, HITTING STEALING FROM THEM ETC. GOVT MUST ABE TOUGH WITH THOSE WHO
    ABUSE THESE PATIENTS.PUTTING THEM IN CHAINS IS ALSO AN ABUSE

    FAMILY CONSENT
