How did you arrive at your conclusion?By the figment of your imagination or lab. tests?Every black skin on the planet produces vitamin D on exposure to sunlight whether they live in a temperate or tropical climate.Regardless of where you live,you still need Omega 3 fatty acids for good brain and heart health.You should also note that Omega 3 fatty acids perform different functions in the body than vitamin D.

I agree w/my brother, classmate and friend Lord Tennison of UK. Fish and vitamin D is equally good for men too. Yes we get vit. D from the sun. For that reason our fisherman at Teshie Akroh hardly get heart challenges.

these viamins and foods should be welcomed byall ppl 35 and over. the min of health in gh should conduct health surveys all all ppl in this bracket, in all regions in gh. do a study of mortality rates by ethnicity n regions and u will find that those who live longest in certain parts of ghana. eat and live in a certain manner than others. this is wat we call medical enlightenmnt and progress. i wonder if such a medical study has ever been done in gh. this will help us determune why others in certain parts of gh may tend to live longer than others and why...social composition, climate, food etc...
