thanks so much for your donation. It will greatly improve the health delivery system at this Hospital. Let us hope the Ministry of Health will help facilitate the clearance of the shipment to the Hospital as soon as it arrives at the port; let us hope also the hospital staff will not steal them for their personal use, or sell them. There was a case some years back when a charity sent some donations to Ghana, and between the ministry of Health and the Port Authorities the items were left at the port for God knows what, and in the end they were left at the mercy of the weather. Do please have someone at the port to meet it on arrival, have the Ministry of Health help you clear it at the port, else you will be frustrated, and wished you had never embarked on such a nice gesture. Thanks for the space.

My sentiments exactly!! And another thing, I sent some childrens' clothes to a babies' home in Ghana. The lady in charge denied over the phone to having received the items. When my brother-in-law (who delivered the items) went there, she confirmed she has received the clothes, but then added that I should send money next time instead of clothes!!!!I haven't sent anything there again.
