I think authorities of the Health Service should set performance goals on CHPS implementation for Regional and district directors and anybody who fails to meet it at the end of the year should be jailed for contempt of service. I don't understand why despite the abundant evidence that CHPS is best for making health care accessible to the poor some directors are just adamant and choose to do things their own way.Such people should be jailed for failing the people.
