I believe Mike either did not read the story or have problems understanding the story. Ethiopia did not come to assist Ghana but UNDERSTUDY Ghana. You need to learn how to read passages and understand them.

Learn from what? What have we got to offer? They should go to Ex Prez Kuffour who successfully implemented the NHIS and go to Mahama for Lessons on the failure they have made to ruin the NHIS system

Nothing much - except that, if we want to be honest with ourselves we would let the whole world know that NHIS under the current NDC administration has been a failure, a flop and a non-starter. There is no shame in telling the world the truth, and likewise there is no tangible reason for the current position NHIS in Ghana finds itself in. It is rather unfortunate that an Ethiopian delegation should choose to visit Ghana to learn from amongst all things - the NHIS in Ghana - which is almost practically collapsed due to the unpardonable incompetency on behalf of the present NDC government
