what has become of the recommendations of the passed mental health bill. I believe resources haven't been made available for the infrastructure to be in place.The psychiatric hospital Dr Akwasi is presiding over is an eyesore, it is not even worth a KRAAL, I will expect him to talk more on improving the sanitation and environment of the place. Mental health workers will appreciate working in a safe, respectable environment to increase in allowances. The psychiatric Hospital itself is STIGMA. Need a strong leadership.
