Looking at the reaction from the health care facilities, nothing seem to be good.
The consultants should go and come again with proper report and list the districts and facilities that they visited with their results.
The government should not listen as if it is good.
Well, if the Government thinks it's ok then after Ashanti Region, the next step is the 3 Northern regions, Volta and Western regions should follow because they are the people who speak and Government will listen.

Did u hear of the incident where a service provider filed claims for a man who under weent surgery to GIVE BIRTH? All these are happening and u say managers of the scheme shd sit unconcerned? Your last paragraph even begs the issue. Dont be overly political about health. Sorry
