  This is very unfair behaviour by GAC. Ghana suffered from logistics and funds to undertake proper activities in HIV/AIDS the whole of 2012. Even last year Central Region had the highest Prevalence rate. Inadequate funds to buy logistics and and other activities but beginning of 2013 they have been able to give only one institution GHc100,000. If they are going to give such a support to every region than it's accepted, but if not like that then is unfair.
