    if i was a member of ndc.the volta region would have been the capital of ghana. look at the massive vote these people vote for ndc,promises upon promises yet its own subjects are turning away from this region.

    I can imagine doctors not wanting to work there because of accomodation.Have a discussion with the bank authorities to give such people, who have lands and accomodation, to be considered in getting low interest rate loans.

    if Dr Nuertey said the "Region has a total of 63 medical doctors compared with 103 at the Tamale Hospital alone" is indeed true and yet 250 medical doctors being trained at Cuba are coming back to serve the 3 Northern Region ...

    I believe what the Regional Director said was taken out of context. This is because, Tamale Teaching Hospital is not the standard.

    It is time trained doctors who are serving pastors serve the people directly by working as doctors. We will plead with Dr Dag Heward Mills to release doctors he has converted into pastors to go to work as doctors.

    As many as 70% of Ghana's medical doctors come from the Volta Region? I think the Regional Director's figure is a mistake.

    Talking alone is not the issue, contact these people(us)in and out of the country,work out conditions with them and wait and see, they will come home to Volta Region.
