Government vehicles, including ambulances, are misused. Most of the times, the drivers are not qualified and have no idea about maintenance and its schedule. So avoidable breakdowns are rampant. Government finances suffer because of recklessness and so service delivery is badly affected. I won't be surprised if the two ambulances restored to service go off again, soon.
