It's all about controlling the world so they can unleash viruses and other biological warfare on countries and bringing diseases onto African countries like they did in Covid 19, AIDS the Tuskegee Experiment and all other dangerous autistic related diseases that they unleash on people of colour in America. Any African leader who signs such an agreement with America must be taken out of office because they're only interested in the little money is leading their people into the gallows. Sack every president that signs the agreement including the revised ones. Why do they need our health records? Let them take thwir money away.
