In 2017 I met a woman on a vehicle from Accra to Aflao, with two autism children about the age of 17. The children were twins. The male sat on my left and the female and the mother were on my right.
As the vehicle took off, the male made a sign that he want to partake in the bread I have in a bag. His mother protested, but I told her to take it cool, with the explanation that whenever you meet a person with a problem, that burden becomes yours as well.
So I will take part in the management of her burden until I part with them at my destination.
The boy took the bread and was eating it. The girl after sometime flair up like a wild beast and wanted to bite her mother.
We tied her up. but she released herself from the roop with ease. I held her, preventing her from biting he mother. She got angry, pushed her mother away came and sat on me, facing me and trying to bite off my nose.
I held both her hands so that her mouth will not reach my nose. She shouted, got more angry and begun to spit into may face.
My face and dress was wait with her saliva. I had not seen a person released so much saliva in my life.
Her mother was so much concerned. But I told her to relax that I will control the situation until she gets over it and become subber.
It went on for thirty minutes. The phist was over, she relaxed herself on my shoulder and sleep.
