Ghana should issue travel advisory directly from the Presidency, with travel bans from countries that cases have been discovered (Uganda and the Congo) and also monitor persons arriving in Ghana from countries bordering the affected countries. That is more effective than issuing this lame statement. A task force involving immigration, customs and security services should be in place to monitor land, sea, and airport arrivals. That’s a simple public health measure.
