It's going to take a minimum period of 18mths.We don't have money to go to a Tear Rubber modern Ambulances.

Why do we still import more instead of finding ways of fixing the broken down ones. They will bring in these new ones and within a year, they will be grounded. Bring the grounded ones back on road before you think about importing new ones.
