  This is a very bad idea and those promoting it are only interested in their selfish gains. If implemented, it would boomerang on our already fragile health system, especially in the drug addiction area. Ghanaians are going to turn it into another pure water business and everybody would want to cash out of it. I hope this is nipped in the bud.
