Misguided and illiterate politicians use these “certificate less” vagabonds, like Ralph to meddle in the work of Ministry of health. If we are not careful there will be a serious brain drain in the Ministry of Health. Too many foolish things. Is it the duty of idlers and jokers to determine who administers health in Ghana.
