The report didn't help much. What is the cause? In epidemiology it's pointless fighting a disease without knowing the cause. You need to tell the cause and if possible provide a trend, previous years what were the figures and ...

The report didn't help much. What is the cause? In epidemiology it's pointless fighting a disease without knowing the cause. You need to tell the cause and if possible provide a trend, previous years what were the figures and what the sudden increase. We know it might be due to alcohol and drugs such as red, weed etc but it helps when you add the cause
