Instead of addressing the problems they are organizing conferences with outdated participants like the 90 years old Obasanjo. How good is the health care system in Nigeria (during and after Obasanjo's years in office) which warrants his invitation to the talk shop? African leaders are not serious.

You rushed her to the Britain for medical attention. This is how egocentric you African leaders are. The hospitals in Ghana are just edifices. They are not equipped to handle the most basic health problems. Go to any hospital in Ghana and see the state of the washrooms/toilets. Hospitals in Ghana are a place you go to get a disease.

  You can not build a resilient health systems without emphasis on public health. Go to the markets anywhere in Ghana and see the hygienic conditions in the markets and how food is handled by the vendors. There are no well maintained public toilets so people turn to urinate anywhere with no consequences. School children are not taught to wash their hands and the cultural practice of eating from the same bowl is an effective way of transmitting communicable diseases, etc. etc.
