Since the useless SP lied to media and painted Cecilia Dapaah as a criminal, why is the lady still out there on her own and not in prison? Most Ghanaians are emotionally "Disturbed" which is very unfortunate. Agenda 111 was being funded internally, and there was no loan or whatever attached to it. If you need $1.7billion to complete it, look for the funds but do not use that as an excuse to let them rot because if all those hospitals are completed, they would help with employment of Ghanaians.

Those hospitals have to be completed at all cost it is very important, the problem with Ghanaians is that they hate to pay tax they are only interested to pay tight to their pastors to enrich themselves and not paying tax to develop the country. Out of over 32 million people in Ghana less than five million people pay direct tax to the government can you imagine then we complain about roads schools and hospitals where is the government going to get the money from. Until we pay our bills and taxes we should forget about development.
