We take pittances from these countries, but we share $108 million of our own money among the Akufo Addos for "ambulances"?
If $108million is lost with the ambulances, $3million will not make a dent in our healthcare delivery system.
What is the 2.9 supposed to stop us from doing? Each time you hear such news, lóok for the unreported news. Are they taking more raw materials and other minerals for that pittance?
