  Please Noguchi stay away from this cancer screening enterprise and allow FRONTIER HEALTHCARE do this for the country. Even though Nouguchi was the first to test COVID of travellers in the country, when it came to making money at the ports, the government gave it to a private company to milk customers when this could have gone to NOGUCHI. I ask the government therefore to call on Frontier health care to do this cervical cancer screening for the HIV patients and not NOGUCHI.
