Every time I recruit an adult student from any place on Earth into that school, rated A+ by the US B.B.B. I can make from $1,000 up to $10,000. I ask Ghanaians, Liberians, Ugandans, etc. in Africa, that know me to work with me and I will send them 25% of what I make if they help me recruit African adults living in the US. I can send them their money via PayPal, Money Gram or Western Union or via their bank account.

They went back to Ghana to contribute their quota.For a woman with such qualifications to desperately want to live in the UK should tell anyone that something is not right in Ghana. People are perhaps not fully understanding the issue surrounding this lady. I agree she is in a difficult position concerning her immigration status, but the issue is that she obtained and used false documentation (irrespective of this was done innocently). This is what caused her to be jailed. She may be able to remain in the country but this will depend on her family status (does she have children in the UK and does she and her husband have proof of a family life). This same issue happened to a friend of mine. Same issue with false documents (when working) he was also jailed and is now out, but because he has a young family he is appealing deportation due to the impact on his family life. Hopefully there is a light for her at the end of this sentence.
This is not an issue of sympathy or lack of sympathy I am just explaining the context for people who may find themselves (hopefully not) in the same situation.

A visitor is supposed to leave the country she has been visiting within the time frame of his or her arrival visa. If by chance she wants to stay past the date of departure, he or she would need an extension of the temporal visa before the date of departure. As it is now, this woman has not proved herself trustworthy to leave the country when she was given a chance in the past so the immigration will do for her what she failed to do for herself in the past-- deportation-- after serving the four months prison term.

I know a Ghanaian lady who was told to report to the police even though she had a valid student visa and had lived her for 10 years. A stupid uneducated Home Office worker said he/she didn't believe she was studying even though she had paid and studied for a bachelors degree and an MBA in a recognise institution in the UK. The home office is stupid and racist. It has become worse under the conservative government. All the British Multinational Companies should leave the Ghana and Africa. They treat applications from Africans anyhow and they get away with it. I am not condoning using fake documents to work in the UK but their behaviour to Africans since 2010 is nothing short of racism and they may have pushed this lady to do what she did. Meanwhile they did not apply for work permits to come and colonised and steal our resources. I am writing as a Ghanaian who came to this country 13 years ago as a student and now a Lecturer.
