The actions of the observant White young British guy are commendable. But his hidden message is that Ghana can never enhance its image for any purpose when it cannot properly dispose of its human urine and "droppings".

Most self-conscious diasporans feel embarrassed when a young White boy indirectly "insults" generations of our government leaders for an dasic issue that they should have known about and addressed decades ago.
