Would Okusaca consider that the Omanhene of Akuapem Oseadeyo Addo Danquah is deceased and Okuapemann is in the state of mourning?
Please think carefully before you create a traditional crisis.

You people are not serious. You waste your time to install some blockheaded people as chiefs over you, and say Nana oo to them, when back home they might not even qualify to be an Nkwankwaahene. You are wasting your time and cash on our customs and traditions in America or Europe ?, when you have to save money for your retirement projects, supervise your children's education when you return from work, save towards their university education, go to church activities or even remit your parents and needy folks back home. I hear some opportunistic chiefs from Ghana are even cashing in on this and appearing as "Guest Chiefs" and visiting their so-called subjects. They know what they get in return. Ghanaians abroad, be wise. Know why you are in those countries, and don't allow some idiotic crooks drain your pockets, deceive you to waste your time, because time is money at abroad. A word to the wise ...

You belong to the class of people who are loosers, and who could not grab the American dream,so are envious of successful people.
For your information, we are very successful Ghanaians who are very proud of our culture.
As you can see even if you,re an idiot, we live here, and this is our home now, so we want to practice our culture here, we want our children to be proud of our culture as Ghanaians, so the they, ll be in touch with our home land and traditions. We Don,t want our children to be lost in this world.
People like you and your family are lost and I,m very sorry for you.

I understand your point but if association has only objective of teaching your children the culture, then am sorry they are lost in this part of the world.I would like to see some economic opportunities down the road for these children through the association, but if it is for only display of culture and eating the cocoyam poriage then it's a waste of time and money. As big as Okuapeman is, with all the successful people you claim to have,do you own any unmovable assets in North America? What is there to encourage the youth to take over after you are gone?......the drums or what?

Yes we will leave them with the drumming and the wisdom to be proud of their culture, and everything they,re capable of doing to move our nation forward.
You are all welcome to participate, bring your ideas and let's move our nation forward, Don,t stand by the fence, and act like you know everything. What are you doing about your great ideas?
Some of our children cannot even speak our language, are you proud of that.
Let them grow up to be astronauts, if they Don,t give a damn about where they come from, they,ll be useless to our motherland.
When some people hear about CULTURE, all they think about is drumming and dancing. DRUMMING AND DANCING IS ONLY A LITTLE PART OF IT. That,S why you cannot stand by the fence and judge anyone. COME ON BOARD AND BRING YOUR IDEAS, YOU,LL BE HAPPY YOU DID.
