The ambassador will be well=served if he stays clear of these Ghanaian national associations. It is not his job to unite or resolve disputes between these groups.

This meeting has no value for the ordinary man. A corrupt ambassador having a meeting with arrogant expatriates would not yield any anything beneficial for the ordinary man.
