With ghanaian population of about 12,000 in GTA alone it should have been easy to raise about 100,000 by now,and what is sad is that a church can raise this money with only 200 congregants.

Did GCAO forgot that the aging Ghaanian in Toronto need community centre building before any help to Ghanaian government?
