Like Achebe,Ayi Kwei Armah and Dr. Ato Sekyi Otu(of York University),your inspirational writngs are quite simply among the best as it questions what it was, what Black Africa ought to have been and concludes that the continent itself possesses a morality of her own.....
something more fundermental and more powerful than that of any "imported culture"
Your novels throws light on a large and representative view of Africa...reflecting on attitudes and habitual responses to European presence in pre and post colonial Africa.
The spirit of you writing-study is historical and a valuable contribution to a neglected branch of Black African Studies.
I recall your days as a visiting professor in Toronto.

Criminals in Ghana are those given national awards on red carpets just because of political connections whilst real dedicated nationalists, trustworthy heroes, credible and patriotic individuals with dignity who have contributed hugely to make real difference and brought about change to our society are left behind the closed doors.
Ama Ata Aidoo, the one time minister for education is by no means a gifted selfless woman, an intelligent academic, brilliant writer on women and children affairs and got just few of her likes in Ghana.
Ghana will name our street after some one because he worked for the BBC yet won't celebrate to award those who sacrificed their all and contributed to make Ghana a proud nation, what a shame.
My respect to all our forgotten heroes both dead and alive.
We are proud of you Madam and thanks to Namibia our Africa brothers and sisters for your deserved recognition, you certainly made us proud!!!
We love you and God bless you.
