Clearly this "Ghanaian" (if not a passport impostor) feared for his life, so he had the right to defend himself.
He must have felt great relief that the police were not some terrorist or racist killers out to get him.

As the president of the student Association here in India n Bangalore to be specific, i can testify that the guy is not from Ghana. he could not speak a single Ghanaian language neither was he able to mention where he comes from in Ghana. his documents which the police shown was all fake n I have copies with me as well.
