How many were in attendance and made a donation of $35,000 in less than 25 minutes of making the financial appeal?

You cannot collect donations for a campaign in Ghana from outside of Ghana. This is the law in Ghana by the way. For instance, what if a Ghanaian who is now a US citizen who has influence at a company like Apple or Dell, etc..After the election, what happens if Apple or Dell come for their contracts and tax abatements. I do not care what party you support but these "fundraisings" are technically not legal. Many countries have these rules. Did Obama collect funds from Kenya or Indonesia???
