What the hell is wrong with us Africans. We like to share in all the useless and unnecessary luxuries of the western world, but when it comes to safety issues at home or in the work place, we tend to act like intelligence is only for white people. Even life guards use life jackets.
I am so mad at this kid for bringing so much grief and sorrow to all of us.
