INFACT I have seen a lot Ghanaian bad behaviour towards their brothers thinking that they are intelligent, the consulate is doing that because of some experiences. Any he should find some possible way to help you in BELGIUM THERE. You people also have to expose the non Ghanaians wishing to obtain THE PASSPORT if one is being found.

Here in the USA is the same .You have to proof your nationality with documents and just one...birth certificate,voter ID/DL, immigration documents,anything to proof your identity.
