Why do we always behave like children when are traveling. We pack like there is no tomorrow and we want everything for free. Please, please, I beg, I brg.... can you take my bag for free? Can I have more coke, bread and cheese for the kids? We are always unpacking and packing at the check-in counters.....when we start to respect ourselves, others will respect us.

What is the price for the business full-flight bed seat?
This would be very popular. I surely will try it.

unless you are a business man or well dusted or does not know what to use with your money, why would you pay over $6000 when you can pay just about 2000. Trust me, it won't be cheap

All the air pressure from the drag is on the back end of the plane. Thus, those sitting in the rear are feeling the pressure for the entire 11 hours. Those in the front will arrive feeling more relaxed and refreshed. Moreover, the extra leg room, more comfortable seat and better food with extra snacks is better for your health. There are true physiological advantages involved.

I used to pay the extra $3000 or $4000 and fly first or business class whenever visiting my folks in Ghana. I got accustomed to the false sense of importance and perfunctory pampering that you enjoy for a few hours in the air when you fly business; after all I have busted my ass off all these years and i deserve to be so treated, now that I have "made it". That was my reasoning. Then on one trip to Ghana, there were no business class seats available, so I flew coach. Then I realised it is indeed a rip-off to fly business class.
Since then I always fly coach. I then donate the $3000 or $4000 I save to two or three needy families in my village. For the joy the extra money gives these folks back home, I am willing to put up with the percieved "indignation", temporary "inconvenience" and relative "hardship" of sitting up rather than laying down, and eating the crappy food that the airlines serve in coach. But trust me, the food and drinks in business and first class are nothing to write home about.
Call me a tight-fisted, thrifty Kwahuman if you will. But even if you are filthy rich and has money coming out of all your bodily orifices, and even if you do not work for the money, there are more important and noble things you can do with the money than giving it to the airlines by subscribing to this gimmick they have devised for ripping off their customers. I hope a lot of smart people will not bite their seemingly gratuitous bait.

The fares are cheaper for those on the Ghana end. The point is that Ghanaians will rather use the extra money shopping for goods. Delta will likely go back to going to Abuja after Accra and return from Abuja and pick up in Accra so they can get the big spenders to fill up the business class. I blame Ghana Airways. If they had been well organized these prices would never have gone up.
