    the programe has to start from somewhere it started in Ho bacause the organiser has had a firsthand situation in Ho as she was stationed ther for a period of time

    They have to start where they have trusted people taking care of this valuable donation. Contact them if you know of another area where disability aids is needed.
    Bottom line: Stop complaining and be grateful !
