Most of the schools in Ghana are still good enough. I believe the young man was looking for some other experience offered by the school in SA. That is understandable and our schools in Ghana should not be faulted for this. These exchange programs have a purpose and should not be dismissed.
Having said all that, it is important for the schools in Ghana to prepare prospective participants of these programs for the life they may have to go through when they travel. This should include safety tips.
