How can you be so foolish as to go about washing your dirty clothes in public? Those who conceived the idea and those who will participate in this proposed shameful act should think twice before telling the world how foolish they are. We are already a disgrace to ourselves. The Kenyans called us so. And now you are going to publicise the very disgrace that you brought on yourself. Kwasiafo!

The antelope answered to himself that he knew dead hyenas lie on their back and make noise wahuuuu, waahuuuuuu, waahuuuuu. This mother of all demonstrations is going to be very interesting. Why the demonstrators are not taking their case to the streets of Accra and rather deciding to demonstrate on Akwasi Broni land is a mystery. They are very brave in this cold weather to be parading the streets of London.
What do they want Kwasi Broni to do?
1) To tell the Supreme Court to find in favour of NADAA or WADAA?
(2) To tell the Ghanaian Judiciary System that they do not believe that their decision will be free and fair?
(3) To let the whole world know that even if Ghana is a sovereign state, we are not capable of making our own decisions?
(4) Why did we struggle to attain independence from the white man?
(5) Why do we keep running back to our colonial masters?
(6) Do they give a toss what we do in our country and in our courts?
(7) What do these anarchists hope to achieve?
(8) Why don't they just go about their care work, cleaning, domestic engineering and floor technician, minicabbing and security officer duties and leave us alone?
(9) They will make Danso-Boafo a laughing stock. He is part of the apparatus set up to get the ghost names on the register.
(10) Whilst they are at the demo, best to highlight the discrepancies that went on at the Ghana Embassies during the registration exercise and the voting.
(11) We should demand to see the register of voters in the UK and verify that register. How many members of diplomatic corps are in the UK? How many Govt. sponsored students and how many peace-keeping personnel? We demand a break-down of the numbers immediately
(12) The concerned Ghanaians otherwise known as disgruntled NPP members and sympathisers including possibly the Nana Addo Ladies Club UK should march naked if they really want attention.
(13) The Ghanaians Living abroad should really be advocating for their right to vote in their place of residence. They may have to start paying taxes to the Ghana Govt. Register, have a voters' ID and stop the nonsense of running to Ghana to register and running back to vote. What a waste. They should stop spending so much money on funerals, weddings and parties and start looking at development, business and infrastructure. Our priorities are all wrong. We spend less than one dollar per day on food, yet we want the latest gadgets, including latest mobile phones worth over £500, latest cars and holidays in Dubai and New York.
The Obroni will be laughing on Friday, believe me...

Massive demonstration indeed!! stop kidding yourselves. How could irrelevant and stupid fools like Agyemang Karikari, Obaa Yaa, Kwame Peckham, Peter, Kakabo and Kwame Hommerton take intelligent and politically aware Ghanaians in UK for. They can fool their illiterate NPP members or give them free education on citizenship and moral accountability instead. No properly thinking person would follow these selfish lunatics.

I strongly believe that Hayford Atta-Krufi, the current Chairman of the NPP UK must bow down gracefully and give up the Chairmanship of the NPP UK, London branch for the following reasons:
1. Hayford Kwasi Atta-Krufi also known as “Atta Kay” appears to be more pious than any of his predecessors and any other member of this robust group of wannabe politicians. However, he has been totally and hopelessly ineffective as a Chairman of NPP UK, London Branch. He has been divisive, vindictive, a total and absolute failure. He has been unable to assist Nana Akufo- Addo and the NPP win parliamentary and presidential elections in Ghana since 2008. His efforts have been mediocre and unimpressive.
2. Hayford watched Adamu Daramani, his vice-chair, struggle during his case without lifting a finger or offering any support either individually or collectively. Hayford (with a legal background, failed to advise Adamu on the requirements of an MP, renunciation of British citizenship and other relevant and crucial matters). This led to total embarrassment and reducing the chances of other potential candidates from the UK and other Ghanaians living abroad.
3. Hayford lacks management skills. He ought to go back to school and learn about management. His management style is backward, ineffective and unproductive. He has so many flaws. He lacks organisational skills, fundraising and event management skills.
4. Hayford has kept Nana Addo in the dark, often telling him “One touch” and done deal without proper research with the foot soldiers, activists and other grassroots’ members. He is a champagne social democrat who would rather spend time in hotel rooms in Ghana and abroad, sampling the latest women within the NPP.
5. Hayford spent the 2008 elections and the 2012 elections in hotel rooms busy with bedmatics rather than strategy meetings with the teams on the ground and the teams from the Diaspora. Even when we lost the first round of the elections in 2008, he failed to call a strategy meeting.
6. Hayford would rather spend time in Nana’s house or company, drinking, laughing and discussing the next woman to score, instead of campaigning. As for Afum Dankwa, the dumb teacher who is often seen parading aimlessly around Dalston Market, the less said about him the better. This Vice-Chair does not speak eloquent English despite having lived in the UK for some time. He gave a eulogy during the funeral of Prez. Atta Mills in London which was highly inflammatory and defamatory. The diplomats were cringing with disgust. He is a bush Akim baboon who has dipped his hands deep in the welfare fund and other funds of the party to enrich his own pocket. The coffers are always empty, now we know why. He should go and find a proper job.
7. Hayford would not let Nana see his own NPP members when we lost in 2008. Nana would often come to the UK, we would have his name on events and he would just disappear without so much as a Hello. He claimed he did not want to be heckled.
8. Hayford lacks mass communication and media skills. He is very boring on radio, just reading a script, often without engaging the listening public properly. He does not like to listen to any dissenting views. He will often criticise his own members on radio, without stopping to think about the damage to his own party and credibility.
9. Hayford lacks mediation and conflict resolution skills. He is not able to give any rapid response to any matter. He failed for example to defend Nana recently when Justice Kpegah stated categorically that Nana Add is not a lawyer. That caused us all embarrassment, shame and pain. Rather, an NDC member went and carried out detailed research under the Freedom of Information Act and brought out some facts that seemed to suggest that at least in the UK, Nana did qualify at the English Bar and was called to Middle Temple in 1971. What was Hayford sitting on his arse doing? Sod all!!
10. Hayford does not answer his mobile telephone. To get hold of him is extremely rare. MPs have rang him over 25 times without so much as a text back or quick response. What the hell is he doing if he does not have time for the job?
11. Hayford does not answer his emails or letters. In fact, he does not even acknowledge receipt. He has been totally ineffective in responding to minor and major grievances within the party. This has led to near anarchy and mutiny within the ranks.
12. Hayford just wants a post in Ghana, without doing the work. He wants to be the next Minister for Education without realising that the NPP has to win an election first. Now it looks like his dreams may never come to fruition as there are others competing for that same post within the NPP in Ghana and elsewhere? He is one of the architects of that Free SHS without costing it properly and making Nana look naïve on BBC’s Hard Talk with Stephen Sackur. That was purely incompetence on Hayford’s part. He should have prepared Nana Addo thoroughly for that BBC interview or got people with the requisite expertise to prepare Nana. It gave us all a bad name.
13. Hayford used to be a soldier in the Ghana Army and is reputed to have a degree in Law from University of Ghana, yet he cannot think quickly on his feet. What a farce!
14. Hayford has never practised law in the UK yet sometimes he calls himself “Lawyer”. He is a primary school teacher. It is only a failed or incompetent lawyer who would go off and become a primary school teacher. He does not have the balls to practise law in his current country of residence. What a shame!
15. Hayford has no time for anyone but himself. Why should the members pay for him to travel to Ghana to campaign? He should have used his own resources as he was going to curry favour for himself.
16. Hayford lacks leadership skills... He is indecisive and has made the NPP UK a laughing stock. He lacks control and has been unable to manage his communications team. It has become an avenue for insults and a recipe for disaster.
17. Hayford has not been able to unify the NPP UK. There are so many squabbles, in-fighting, fist-fights than he has had hot dinners. What a joke!
18. Hayford has always ‘stolen’ the vote at branch elections in the NPP UK. He has managed to get ghost names, dead members, relocated members, non-members, ladies of the night (prostitutes) and other unknown unregistered persons from Tottenham and other ghettoes to attend the branch elections on election day, backdate their dues for 6 months and vote for him – vote en masse for him and his cronies. What an injustice and a cheat!
19. Hayford often, together with some members of his current executives, dips his hands in our dues and purchases return tickets to Ghana (on the pretext of NPP business). He will coincide it with his holiday and get a free ticket and free expenses. He loves freebies at the expense of hard-working cleaners.
20. Hayford did not account for the funds that Nana Addo gave him for the campaign. I certainly did not get a penny. He used it all for himself and the ladies that he bedded in the hotel rooms in Kumasi and so and so forth.
21. Hayford added to the turmoil and confusion in Bekwai….. (more to follow). He sided with one candidate over another and the rest is history.
22. Hayford is the leader of Atopahenes in the NPP UK. Anything goes.
23. Hayford does not know how to talk to people. He needs to get some lessons in public speaking. There are several courses in the UK. He is strongly advised to invest in one immediately. He is an avalanche of disaster. The all-die-be-die rhetoric was highly inflammatory and a turn-off for the voters.
24. Hayford will often avoid members of the NPP UK if they dared to vote for another candidate besides him in the branch elections. He will get his cronies and supporters to rain a barrage of insults in the national press and multi-media houses on any one who votes for his challenger. This led to division, acrimony and tit-for-tat insults. Talk of washing their dirty linen in public.
25. Hayford stole all the ideas, suggestions and recommendations of the collective NPP UK during meetings and training sessions, asked them to write on paper and subsequently presented them to Nana Addo as his own to curry favour. There is an old adage which says: “if you cheat Kwaku Ananse, you cheat yourself”.
26. Hayford does not respect women or youth in the party. He just thinks they are there for the bedmatics and nothing else. They should be seen and not heard. He has turned the NPP UK into a social club, a funeral party where they dip their hands, yet again into the coffers and distribute it lavishly when a family member of a member dies, ranging from £500 to sums unknown per each death, followed by smooching, dancing and merry-making. How on earth is that going to enhance the prospects of the NPP and make them winnable? I rest my case.
27. For all the above reasons and more, Hayford must go. The sooner, the better, and then we can start the real restructuring exercise and make the necessary changes to restore credibility, trust and integrity to the NPP UK.
The next branch elections of the NPP UK will be in September 2013. The campaign and insults have already started. At the previous one in 2009, the Metropolitan Police were called to bring about order and discipline.
