I live in the Bahamas and i can tell everyone that majority of the students sent by the PNDC some years back are enjoying without paying back or do any form of national service to mother Ghana. Most of them are married here working at the various hospital as doctors, phamacist etc. Hanna Bisiw the MP was here some years back but did not get a job that is why she left . The students come here regularly on holidays and i can tell everyone that none will go back after the studies or just a samall percentage will return. Ghana money is being used and will not get a return from the effort.
