  Since you're all now presumed members of Ghana's educated elite class would it not be patriotic of the bunch to list how members acquired your respective scholarships; include the year of scholarship award, subject of study, your post graduate thesis or dissertation and aspect of your respective academic studies that would bring added value to the Ghana brand?
  
  A majority of you, I predict, did not obtain your scholarships meritoriously but by tribal and political party affiliation while most of the presumed disciplines you study could have been obtained right here in Ghana. A majority of Ghanaians studying outside Ghana do work to support themselves, immediate and extended families without government funds.
  
  The absolute majority of you clowns should stop your whining and return to Ghana if you must; the government of Ghana and the people are tired of wasting resources of you kind.

  Come home and complete your courses which are also offered in Ghana. One scholarship can employ several lecturers. One scholarship can equip a lot of labs in our high schools.
