  Why stop there. Your constituency needs planning vertical and horizontal streets and make sure the streets are tarred. Do you even have a map of your area in your office? No..how many streets have st names? Im sure you have traveled to a g7 nation. You have been to a county or municipality and seen how that area looks like, right? After you have done that make sure to number each structure and do away with these Street kiosks etc. If you want to sell something go to thr constituency office and register. If you want to build go to the constituency office and get a building permit. Why am I proposing these? Be ause the central government and regio al govt are assholes they don't know what their responsibility is. So start with your constituency and once you have that as a model. Yiu can tell the people of Ghana that hey look what I havevdone you shoukd trust me with bigger responsibility. Don't be like that bushy mushroom headed cheddar whose primary aim is to become president and sell the unborn to furnish his insatiable appetite for chilling living foolish guy his face like monkey with aids muahahahaaaa
