Almost all foreign trained doctors who go abroad to most Western countries get some re-training or some re-orientation before they start to practice Medicine thre for the simple reason that disease and illnesses there tend to be different. Doctor -Patient or for that matter any Healthcare-patient interaction is taking very very seriously and some of the first important things healthcare practitioners get to learn is the importance of 1. Respecting personal boundaries 2. Respecting patient confidentiality. 3.Treating all patients with the utmost respect and empathy. 4.You are schooled on how to deal with difficult and confrontational patients and how to de-escalate potentially explosive doctor-patient interactions(This is particularly emphasized in General practice (aka Family Medicine).

Wear gloves and while examining the patient continue to speak to her if she is feeling uncomfortable during the examination. After this give her a report of what you found.

Either this guy has bribed his way through all these issues or someone or some people has/have made a career out of trying to bring him down.
I suspect the latter.

But if it turns out that he is being set up he should leave his practice to save himself from jail.

I personally make it a point to always have a female staff with me whenever I have female patients. They think I'm crazy for doing that but I won't stop doing that.

The situation is scary. There are stories where Doctors have been accused even when they took all precautions like I do.

I have seen countless numbers of female parts at my practice. Countless numbers. As a practitioner, it's always an instant switch off when a woman becomes a patient.
Instant! Like no sexual attraction whatsoever.
Once you're my patient I see you like I've seen my grandmother naked. Because of this I refuse to see women I have person relationships with at my practice.
One of my greatest fears is that God forbid my wife ever becomes my patient. Can I ever see her again and get sexually aroused?

Doctors are held to higher standards abroad and those found guilty of same crime are prosecuted, jailed and banned from practicing.
