If it is in Ghana he would have been set free by the court.
In Ghana owning a car is a right to knockdown people and kill them.

Too bad to hear this news he is my mate Solomon Amissah i'm so ashamed with this his life style..My deepest condolence to the lost family.
And the woman he killed in the crash is called Benedicta Owusu-Buabeng.
This is tragic. A Ghanaian kills another Ghanaian in a senseless and completely avoidable car crash. This guy deserves a harsher sentence.
