  Very poor journalism. Your article claims the guy is a Deputy District Attorney for one of the counties in the state, yet you go to list his area of practice as 'immigration law'. Is he a former Deputy District Attorney now in private practice specializing in immigration law, or doing both? If he happens to be an active Deputy District Attorney, he surely can't be engaged in the private practice of immigration law. Just had to ask.
