Dr. Benjamin Doodo, Dr. Chima Ibekwe and GAW president, Ata Amoyaw.: A year ago, a group of Ghanaians based in the borough of Westchester, NY by the name; Ghanaian Association of Westchester, GAW in conjunction with a prominent Ghanaian physician, Dr. Ben Doodo, made a difference in the community by organizing a health fair expo offering a free health screenings to local Ghanaians and other nationalities. The event was very successful and the community was grateful to GAW for such an initiative.
