Apaak said what? Money for a special project? Project for the people, or is it a personal project? On a daily basis, they stash away so much money in their bedrooms, and when thieves for it, the claim is that their wives had kept it in their bags for special projects.

With this mentality, it becomes fertile ground for their robbery spree.
