I agree with you 100%. Since the harm has already been done, I'm also strongly trying to find out what happened to the money that is attached to her award. Was that given to her? If it has not been given yet someone should go and make sure that it's given to her parents and arrangements are made for this girl to do something worthwhile. I will also hope someone can help her emotionally to move forward before it becomes too late. If society wants to help, this is what we must do.

All Anita has done is to calm Rashida down in order for her (Rashida) to accept her (Anita's) call to help her. Anita never stated anywhere in her open letter to Rashida that nudity is feminism. Now Manasseh, let me know how you would feel like if I take a portion of your article and make all kinds of deduction from it. For example: you stated in your article and I quote, "You can do whatever you want to do with your body and your life in as much as it does not fall foul of the law. You can decide to be sleeping around with men or women of your choice. It is your body"

You don't commend someone for the wrong thing done especially if it was premeditated deliberately executed. The best thing to do to help the person is to reprimand out of good faith and give the person a second chance.......Anita Erskine isn't doing anything right to help the poor girl. The praises she's heaping on her for the wrong thing done would rather thicken the girl's skin and would give no room for change.....Call the spade a spade.........!
