I agree to this line of thinking. The reality is that the government can't create job for everyone. So how long should you wait?

Having an entrepreneur mindset is the best way to deal with issue, but people are always afraid to fail and that why unemployment is always on the increase.
Kwame Awusi and Associate, I have know what you can do, what you have done and what you are about to do. The CEO will be speaking at the 2017 entrepreneurship and business summit in Takoradi and will encourage all to attend the summit.
let's be employers to employ

The problem here is even with entrepreneurial ideas u still need capital. We all know how difficult it is to access capital in this economy. I thought the writer was going to take that into consideration.

Quite enlightening but with poverty as a canker of our society how do people generate the capital to begin with? Young graduates may have all the beautiful ideas but wherewithal. Sometimes it's even difficult to get a day's meal let alone get something to begin with. In a country where there are no unemployment benefits or social interventions to pep up these young graduates, beautiful ideas of creativity and entrepreneurship may lie dormant and filter out.

I partially agree to the writer but we all know that unemployment in our country can be linked to the system of governance, I think our youth should trained enough to acquire skills to create their own business as they finish their various institutions, they pay huge fees and at the end of school the government has to give them jobs but genuinely government cannot employ everyone that is why is important they are given trainings and attend conferences to equip them this will enable them create jobs on their own rather than waiting for Mr president to give them jobs,
