  The programme is "justice for all", not justice of all. And did the IGP really say that " I do allow incompetence and mediocrity to fester when I can take action?" I am sure the reporter missed the word NOT which is important ...

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION AS WELL AS CONDONING AND CONNIVING WITH POLITICIANS TO PERVERT JUSTCE HAVE CHARACTERIZED.
