  Idle minds as you see it will always be filled with pleasure. We are lucky they are not involved with drugs of any kind. At least with sex sooner or later the girls especially become wise to control the boys. Facts of life.
  
  The country is lacking funds for student and youth programs. There are no useful and informative activities to pursue; needless to say that the rich in this country have no patriotic duty to respond in any form to help. If the government is failing to provide tax base incentive to the rich, we would continue to fall behind.
